Every week our chefs fire up two beloved traditions — the Monday Carving Station and Wednesday Pasta Night. Stop in, take it home, and let dinner be a treat.
The Carving Station
Succulent, slow-cooked meats carved to order — juicy prime rib with au jus, super-tasty BBQ ribs, or tender slow-roasted pork loin. The menu changes weekly with plenty of sides. Mondays, 3:00–7:00 PM.

Build your own perfect plate. Choose your pasta and sauce — marinara, pesto, alfredo, scampi — then pile on proteins, cheeses, and toppings. Wednesdays, 3:30–6:45 PM.
